Azerfarsse says the Romanian government has approved the aid on a humanitarian level.
Romania's Ministry of Health also says the delivery of vaccines will be confirmed depending on the circumstances of our government.
Romania's Inside Dotcom reports its government has approved similar donations to other countries over the past two months.
Romania says it will donate 1.3 million vaccines to Tunisia, Egypt, Albania and Vietnam earlier this month.
Earlier in July, he said he provided 100,000 ash to Moldova and Georgia.
Romania's donation of vaccines is due to slow summer vaccinations, according to the slow pace of vaccinations in the summer.
